Q: How old do I need to be to rent? You must be at least 21 years old with a valid government-issued ID.
Q: Do I need a boating license? No boating ( jetsking ) license is required. We can issue you a temporary boat license ( Jetski license ) to drive the jetski/boat legally in Toronto. We provide Transport Canada-compliant safety training before your ride.
Q: How does the security deposit work? We place a $1,000 pre-authorization hold on your credit card at check-in. This is NOT a charge, it's released immediately when you return back the Jetski/Boat with no accidents.
Q: Do I need experience? No experience needed! We provide a full safety training before your ride.
Q: What's your cancellation policy? Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before your booking. Within 48 hours, you receive credit for a future ride. Weather cancellations always receive a full refund.
Q: What if the weather is bad? We operate weather permitting. If we cancel due to weather, you'll get a full refund or reschedule.
Q: How far in advance should I book? A: We recommend booking 2-3 days in advance, especially for weekends. Same-day bookings are sometimes available!

Q: Do I need to tow the jet ski? No — your jet ski will be ready and waiting on the water. Just show up and ride!
